1. Consulting Services and Fees
The Consultant agrees to provide professional consulting services to the Client as requested. The Client shall pay the Consultant an hourly fee of $2500 for consulting services payable upfront at the time of booking.

2. Success Fee / Royalty
In addition to the upfront hourly fee the Client agrees to pay the Consultant a royalty fee equal to 5% of all gross revenue directly generated from any ideas strategies or recommendations developed or proposed by the Consultant and subsequently executed or implemented by the Client or any related parties. This royalty shall be paid in perpetuity for as long as such revenue continues to be generated.

3. Payment Terms
The hourly consulting fee must be paid in full at the time of scheduling the consultation. Royalty payments shall be reported and paid quarterly within 15 days following the end of each period.

4. Documentation and Tracking
The Client agrees to maintain accurate records of all revenues generated from Consultant-derived ideas and shall provide Consultant with quarterly statements detailing such revenues.
